Burgert is an Organisational Psychologist who specializes in fostering adaptive, innovative, and integrated behaviour within teams and organizations. His research on improvisational theatre practices to foster group innovation was published in the South African Journal of Industrial Psychology. He has taught leadership and team development at leading business schools and international conferences and studied improv at the iO Theater in Chicago. He brings both heart and humor to every session he leads.

Burgert is organisatiepsycholoog en gespecialiseerd in het bevorderen van adaptief, innovatief en geïntegreerd gedrag in teams en organisaties. Zijn onderzoek naar de toepassing van improvisatietheater binnen teaminnovatie werd gepubliceerd in het South African Journal of Industrial Psychology.
